The bracket itself is made from solid aluminum for durable quality and has a brushed finish for an understated look. The stock gauge mounts directly onto the British Customs Flat Gauge Bracket, and installation requires only basic tools. NOTE: You will have to tap the pin holes for this Flat Gauge Mounting Bracket with an 11/32" drill bit in order to install it. This can be done yourself with a tap and die set, or by your local Triumph dealer. You must also install Billet Headlight Ears in order to install this Flat Gauge Mounting Bracket, since the bracket changes the gauge's position
